- If you're surprised that South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson's list of "dead voters" consists of people who voted absentee and then died before election day, clerical errors, mistaken identity, and no actual cases of voter fraud, then you just haven't been paying attention.
- As already predicted by me, Florida's law requiring volunteers to register with the state before participating in voter registration drives has already led to decreased voter registration in the state.
- When is a law illegal? When Utah passes one to remove people from the voting rolls if they miss an election, in direct violation of the Voting Rights Act.
- Remember last week when I told you that Indiana's Republican Secretary of State was on trial for voter fraud? Well, he's been found guilty on all 6 counts. But don't worry, the fun won't stop here, as he's now accusing Governor Mitch Daniels of committing the same crimes. So much for being an up and comer in the Party.
